| Anita: Front Office Coordinator |
| |

Anita was born in Beirut, Lebanon. She has lived in France, the East Coast, and Marin County, before settling in Moraga. She graduated from Campolindo High School (go Cougars!). Anita then attended and graduated in 1991 from the dental technology program at Diablo Valley College with a certificate in dental technology (CDT), and has been working in dental practice administration and management since 1993. Â Her passion for dentistry and the patients are what make her strive to excel in the field of administration, and continually advance her skills through educational programs. Â Anita is a member of the American Association of Dental Office Managers. Â Anita also has a degree in interior design from the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising (FIDM). Her favorite hobbies are photography, art, studies in history, reading, traveling and cooking with her sweetheart.

Therrissa: Financial Coordinator

| Therrissa was born in "The Windy City." She has a wonderful husband whom she’s known since she was 12, a beautiful daughter and granddaughter whom she enjoys spoiling. She loves reading and enjoys working out at the gym 5 days a week. Therrissa has been with the practice since 2001. She started as Front Office Coordinator and now works as Financial Coordinator, a position that utilizes all her wonderful skills. She loves researching and finding solutions to difficult tasks. She believes in continual improvement of oneself inside and out. |

| Cindy: Practice Manager |

Born in the state of Michigan, Cindy moved to Columbus, Ohio with her family where she started her career in the field of dentistry as a dental assistant and x-ray technician. Â In 1982, she relocated to the beautiful state of California. Â Cindy has worked in dental field for 31 years in which 25 years are in the field of Oral Surgery. Â She has become certified in Oral Surgery and has obtained certification through Pacific Management in Executive Leadership, Management by Statistics, Effective Leadership and Improving Practice through Communications.

She has also worked for the East Bay Study Club as a coordinator for an educational group of dentists.  Cindy has been employed with East Bay Oral Surgery for 21 years and finds her management position rewarding by helping others and making their experience pleasant. She enjoys the outdoors, reading, playing tennis and spending time with friends and family, and especially with her grandson.

Joann: Surgical Assistant

Joann grew up locally in a large family and graduated from Albany High School. She then continued on to the dental assisting program at the College of Alameda, where she found that oral surgery was what she really enjoyed. Joann has been an oral surgery assistant for over 25 years and joined East Bay Oral Surgery in 1990. She is married and has one son. She enjoys spending time with family and friends and going camping.

Erin was born and raised in the Bay Area. Â After graduating from Benicia High School, she continued her education at Diablo Valley College and earned a certificate from their Dental Assisting Program. Â She began working for Dr. Gronbach in July 2002 and has enjoyed every minute. Â In her spare time, Erin loves to spend time with family, friends, and especially her daughter, Olivia. |

Christina: Surgical Assistant

| Christina attended Western Career College where she received her Dental Assisting certificate in 2006. She has been working in Oral Surgery ever since and enjoys every minute of it! In her spare time, she enjoys scrapbooking and playing "Rock Band" with her two little boys. |

Stephanie grew up in the Bay Area, and is a graduate of Western Career College class of 2008. Stephanie is a registered dental assistant with experience in all areas of dentistry, with a passion for oral surgery. Stephanie enjoys working with others as part of our team, learning and growing daily in our specialty. In her spare time, Stephanie likes spending time outdoors with her family and friends. |

Alison: East Bay Study Club Coordinator
Alison was born and raised in the Bay Area. After graduating from John Swett High School, she continued on to the dental assisting program at Contra Costa College. She has been working for Dr. Gronbach since 2000, serving as former office receptionist, and currently as coordinator of the East Bay Study Club. She is married and has three children. She enjoys spending her free time with her family and friends.
